How does a therapeutic massage session unfold?

Consultation
The modalities are agreed upon together: areas to work on or avoid, lying face down and/or on the back, underwear, etc.

Symmetrical & targeted massage
The massage is generally symmetrical but I focus on areas that need releasing. I may move your arms and legs to better release certain muscles.

Care atmosphere
I use an arnica massage oil (Weleda). The table can be heated. Dimmed lighting with neutral background music to encourage relaxation.

Who is this treatment for?
Everyone can benefit from this treatment: adults, children, elderly people, pregnant women, etc. I adapt to the needs and specificities of each person.
