Physical examination
Examination standing, seated and lying down. The goal is to understand how your body works: areas of stiffness, tension, pain.

Treatment
Treatment can be carried out using different techniques: myofascial, contract-relax, structural, cranial, visceral, etc.

Frequently asked questions

Practical information

How often should I come?
One session per quarter seems a good rhythm. Leave at least a week between sessions as some tensions resolve spontaneously.
What should I wear?
Wear something you're comfortable in! The easiest is in underwear, but staying dressed is perfectly fine. Bring loose, comfortable clothing.
What to do after the session?
Move gently, drink water, eat lightly. The ideal is to continue along these lines so your brain can register the new information.
